In the scope of providing services to its customers, SoftReady collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection of the EU.

The collection of data is limited to the information strictly necessary to identify customers, potential customers and users, and there is no processing of data considered sensitive by the RGPD.

The information obtained is kept during the period of service between the parties and is eliminated 24 months after the termination of their contractual relationship or within the period defined by other legislation in force. In the absence of a contractual relationship, the data will be kept within 12 months of the last activity carried out by the holder. The data collected are exclusively used by SoftReady and are not provided to third parties.

Users shall have access to their data and the possibility of requesting their deletion, provided that this does not contravene other legislation in force. The information is hosted on servers located in the EU and users will be contacted in the event of any breaches of the data which pose a risk to the holders.
