AviationReady's EXAM module is an advanced management solution for theoretical exams, and has direct links to other relevant modules, such as ERM module, AEROMEDICAL module - aviation medicine and certification - and the LICENSE module - license management -, in order to ensure that the entire process for obtaining licenses is monitored throughout the entire process.
This particular module covers the management of question banks - EASA, FAA and ICAO and national -, training management - Training Organisations, Training Courses, Training Actions and Candidates -, scheduling of the theoretical exams, logistics of the several classrooms, management of the candidates' administrative and financial flow, generation of aeronautical (theoretical) examinations, automatic marking and publication of the final results.
It works in three different levels namely back office, examination room monitoring and exam execution, covers several stages inherent to the process - configuration, planning, scheduling, preparation, execution, and completion - and is accessible to four different user profiles - manager, supervisor, the candidate and training organisations.
